2تعريف الموقع ومشغّله

هذا الموقع مملوك ومُشغَّل من شركة الطبقة الثالثة للاتصالات اللاسلكية، سجل تجاري رقم 1010494319، ومقرها الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. المحتوى موجّه بشكل أساسي للعملاء داخل المملكة.

3حدود الترخيص الممنوح لك

يُمنح المستخدم حق استخدام الموقع لأغراض شخصية أو تجارية مشروعة متعلقة بخدماتنا فقط، دون حق في نسخ أو إعادة نشر أو بيع أو إعادة توزيع أي جزء منه.

4الملكية الفكرية

جميع العلامات التجارية والشعارات والتصاميم والنصوص والصور والبرمجيات في الموقع مملوكة للشركة أو مرخّصة لها، ويُمنع استخدامها دون إذن كتابي مسبق.

5الاستخدامات المحظورة

• إرسال رسائل دعائية غير مرغوبة أو انتحال هوية الشركة أو أحد موظفيها.
• إساءة استخدام نماذج التواصل أو طلب الخدمة ببيانات غير صحيحة.

6الحسابات وبيانات الدخول

إذا أُنشئ لك حساب على بوابة العملاء، فأنت المسؤول عن سرية بيانات دخولك وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلاله، وعليك إبلاغنا فوراً عند الاشتباه في أي استخدام غير مصرح به.

7الخدمات والأسعار المعروضة

المعلومات والأسعار والسرعات المعروضة في الموقع لأغراض التعريف ولا تُعد عرضاً ملزماً؛ الالتزام يكون بعرض السعر أو العقد الموقّع مع العميل. وتخضع الخدمات لأنظمة هيئة الاتصالات والفضاء والتقنية.

8الروابط والخدمات التابعة لأطراف أخرى

قد يحتوي الموقع على روابط لمواقع خارجية (كمتجرنا الإلكتروني أو بوابات الدفع)، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية محتوى تلك المواقع أو سياساتها.
